| 摘 要： | 目的建立藿香正气水中广藿香油指标成分百秋李醇的定量测定方法。方法采用气相色谱法,弹性石英毛细管HP-5色谱柱;氢火焰离子化检测器。结果 GC方法学考察结果表明,百秋李醇在4.4×10-5~1.1×10-3mg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996);平均加样回收率为97.82%,RSD为1.4%。结论该方法准确、灵敏、结果可靠,可作为藿香正气水质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a quality control method of patchouli alcohol in Huoxiang Zhengqi Shui,which was the index ingredient in patchouli oil.Methods The analysis was performed on HP-5 elastic quartz capillary.FID was used as detector.Results The calibration curves was linear in the range of 4.4×10-5～1.1×10-3mg for patchouli alcohol（r=0.9996）.The average recovery was 97.82%（RSD 1.4%）.Conclusion The method is accurate,sensitive and reliable,which can be used as quality control method for Huoxiang Zhengqi Shui. |
