| 摘 要： | 目的加强对食品安全性风险分析及国内外接触材料法规管理的认识。方法对食品安全风险分析内容及各国接触材料法规管理概况进行描述。结果各国食品接触材料安全性存在类似的体系建立过程。结论我国需要进一步加强和完善食品接触材料安全性监控体系。

| Abstract: | Objective Strengthen the knowledge on food safety risk analysis and rules on contact material management across world.Methods Describing the contents of food safety risk analysis and regulations of contact material between countries.Results The similar system has been established for food contact material across countries.Conclusion The supervision and monitoring system need to be strengthened and perfected for the safety of food contact material in China. |
