大型公立医院党委书记业绩考核的实践与探索

摘    要:上海申康医院发展中心通过对大型公立医院党委书记业绩考核指标体系的研究,连续四年在直属14家三级医院开展了党委书记业绩考核实践。该考核紧密结合上海三级医院实际与特点,注重量化考核,对以"德、能、勤、绩、廉"为主要内容的考核方式进行了深入的实践与探索。

Abstract:Shanghai Hospital Development Center(SHDC) has implemented 4 annual performance assessments of the secretary of the Party committee in 14 hospitals directly under SHDC from 2006 based on the research of performance indexes.The implementation of performance assessment was closely integrated with the characteristics of the tertiary hospital in Shanghai.The quantitative methods were used and classical assessment framework as morality,ability,diligence,achievements,and honesty were based on during our practice ...
