医院学科品牌建设策略探索与实践

摘    要:探讨了品牌建设、医院品牌建设、学科品牌建设的概念。指出创建医院学科品牌具有三项重要意义。提出了创建医院学科品牌的主要策略应着力加强学科人才建设、平台建设、技术建设、诚信建设。以福州总医院学科品牌建设四个主要做法及取得的成效为例,剖析了医院创建学科品牌的经验和取得的主要成果。

Abstract:Conceptions of creating brand,creating hospital brand and creating discipline brand are discussed.Means of building hospital brand are also discussed.The strategies of building hospital brand include strengthening human resources training,building platform,improving technology and increasing honesty.Practice and effectiveness of brand construction in Fuzhou general hospital are analyzed as a case to summary the experience and main effectiveness of creating hospital discipline brand.
