| 摘 要： | 中国卫生事业的改革和发展急需要既有医学背景、又懂管理知识的卫生管理专业人才。从社会需求角度对卫生事业管理专业人才应具有的知识、能力进行分析,回顾了国内开展卫生管理教育的历程。研究结果表明,认清当前卫生事业管理专业人才的培养现状和所面临的行业环境,对培养适应新医改需求的职业化的卫生管理队伍具有重要意义。 |
