| 摘 要： | 医用高值消耗材料管理是医院物资管理的重要组成部分。本文从高值消耗材料寄售管理的角度,分析原医院器材管理中存在的问题,结合我院实施物资寄售的实际情况,探讨如何更好地加强医用高值消耗材料的物流管理。即从供应链一体化操作的考虑出发,在供应链组织的互动协作下,以物流终端的信息为拉动,通过信息的快速传递和快捷精确的物流保障,实现以较低的在库水准和及时性供应来满足医疗需求,为医院发展提供高水平的物流保障。
