北京密云县城乡中小学生视力及屈光状态调查

目的了解密云县城乡中小学生视力及屈光状态,为中小学生视力不良的防治工作提供依据。方法对密云县城镇、农村7~18岁中小学生进行抽样调查,视力≤1.0者进行散瞳验光,对验光结果进行统计学分析。结果共调查中小学生3600人(7200只眼),其中视力正常4791只眼,占受检总数的66.54%;视力低常2409只眼,占受检总数的33.46%。近视眼2365只眼,占受检总数的32.85%,占视力低常总数的98.17%;远视眼44只眼,占受检总数的0.61%,占视力低常总数的1.83%。结论视力低常中小学生中近视眼占首位,城镇学生视力低常明显高于农村学生。

Analysis the vision and refraction of the schoolchildren in rural and urban in Beijing Miyun

Objective To investigate the vision and refraction of schoolchildren in rural and urban in Beijing Miyun,to provide information for the prevention and treatment of vision.Methods 3600 subjects of 7~18 years old schoolchildren in rural and urban in Miyun attended the examination.Subjects with visual acuity ≤ 0.8 were examined optometry after mydriasis and analysised.Results The schoolchildren of 3600 subjects（7200 eyes）,4791 eyes were normal,66.54% of total;2409 eyes were abnormal of vision,occupied 33.46% of the total subjects.2365 eyes were myopia,occupied 32.85% of the total subjects and 98.17% of the subjects of abnormal of vision.44 eyes were hyperopia,occupied 0.61% of the total subjects and 1.83% of the subjects of abnormal of vision.Conclusions Myopia is the first reason of vision abnormal for schoolchildren,the rate of vision abnormal in urban is higher than in rural.
