我院合理用药监控工作开展情况与成效

目的:促进临床合理用药。方法:根据我院实际情况,按用药前、用药中、用药后监控的三步法,制定一整套合理用药监控体系,监控工作核心是规避"三超"(超适应证、超剂量、超疗程)现象和合理使用围手术期抗菌药物,工作对象主要是临床医师,以减少不合理用药现象的发生。结果与结论:通过实施监控,近3年来医院药品收入占业务总收入比例逐年下降,达到等级医院目标要求(小于45%),切实促进了临床合理用药,并在一定程度上减轻了患者的经济负担。

Development and Effect of Rational Administration Monitoring in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE: To promote rational use of drugs in the clinic.
