| Abstract: | The history,legislation and status of informed consent in China and abroad were reviewed.The design and implementation of medical informed consent paper in China were in-depth analyzed and the deficiencies were summarized.The necessity of signing informed consent paper was discussed to give evidence for further standardizing medical informed consent. |
