儿童外伤性青光眼的临床观察

目的探讨儿童外伤性青光眼的临床特点及疗效。方法对48例（50只眼）儿童外伤性青光眼的致病因素、临床表现、治疗方法及疗效进行分析。结果 48例（50只眼）中,按病因分：眼球钝挫伤32只眼（64.0%）,眼球穿通伤18只眼（36.0%）。按眼压升高原因分为前房积血、房角后退、晶状体脱位、虹膜粘连或瞳孔闭锁四大类。经药物及手术治疗后,观察3~24月,眼压控制正常40只眼,治愈率80.0%。出院视力较入院提高者35只眼（70.0%）。结论儿童外伤性青光眼有其独特的特点,在临床治疗中应根据儿童的特点选择相应的治疗方法。

Clinical analysis of traumatic glaucoma in children

Objective To study the clinical features and treatment of traumatic glaucoma in children.Methods The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 50 eyes of 48 children of traumatic glaucoma,including cause、 clinical presentation、 treatment methods and results.Results The study included 32 children with ocular blunt trauma and 16 children patients perforating wound of eyeball.The traumatic glaucoma in children were classified into four subtypes,hemophthalmia-caused glaucoma,glaucoma related with recession of anterior chamber angel,Lens dislocation and subluxation-caused glaucoma,and glaucoma with synechia of iris or seclusion of pupil.After follow-up for 3~24 months,the intraocular pressure was successfully controlled in 40 eyes,（80.0%）;there are 35 eyes（70.0%） whose visual acuity of discharge was better than that of admission.Conclusions Clinical findings of traumatic glaucoma in children are complex.Each subtype of children patients should take relevant different trentments.
