| 摘 要： | 针对老年患者护理工作中存在的问题,结合自身工作体会,通过采取为老年患者提供舒适的环境和安全设施、帮助老年患者建立良好的生活方式、建立良好的护患关系,加强护患沟通、做好老年患者的心理护理工作、培养优秀的老年护理工作者等措施,做好老年患者护理工作。

| Abstract: | Based on the problems of aged nursing and combined with nursing experience,countermeasures of promoting aged nursing service were developed.Detailed measures involved providing comfortable environment and security facility,helping establishing good life style,establishing good nurse-patient relationship,strengthening communication and psychological care and training professional nurses as well. |
