| 摘 要： | 目的 研究不同处方的葫芦素B半乳糖化肝靶向脂质体的体外溶血性。方法 通过常规体外试管法并结合显微镜下的红细胞形态学观察对3个处方的葫芦素B半乳糖化肝靶向脂质体的溶血作用进行评价，并通过筛选合适的破乳剂，应用分光光度法于575 nm下测定其溶血度。结果 肉眼观察3个葫芦素B半乳糖化肝靶向脂质体处方均无明显溶血现象，以10%Triton X-100为破乳剂通过分光光度法测定各处方的溶血度均小于5%。结论 3个葫芦素B半乳糖化肝靶向脂质体处方的溶血性符合注射剂要求，常规体外试管法同显微观察及分光光度法联合使用，可更准确地对制剂的溶血性进行判断，10% Triton X-100可做为脂质体溶血实验的优良破乳剂。
