庆阳市居民趾甲中微量元素的含量测定

摘    要:目的测定高氡地区居民体内微量元素的水平,以进一步分析肺癌与室内氡(222Rn)的关系。方法选自庆阳市4个县(区)的农村居民71名,平均年龄(56.6±11.0)岁,测量趾甲中Zn、Mn、V、Se、As、Mg、Pb和Cd等微量元素含量。全部数据采用SAS 8.1统计软件处理,非参数检验方法,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果在分析的8种微量元素中,只有Mg含量两性间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),虽然Mn,V和Mg随年龄增加呈逐渐下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义,居住在距城市最近的西峰区居民趾甲Pb含量1.33μg/g,为远离城区的宁县居民的2倍,Cd含量为0.06μg/g是宁县居民的3倍(P<0.05),以煤为主要燃料的居民趾甲中As、Pb和Cd水平略高,不同住房类型、是否使用农药和吸烟居民的微量元素水平均无明显差异。结论在8种微量元素中,只有Mg含量两性间差异有统计学意义,居住在距城市近的居民体内Pb和Cd的水平高于远离城市的居民,未见住房类型和其他环境因素对体内微量元素含量的明显影响。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between lung cancer and residential radon in Qing-yang city.Methods A random sampling method was applied for the selection of participants from 4 rural counties or suburbs of Qingyang city.All participants signed informed consent forms and were measured for the trace elements of Zn,Mn,V,Se,As,Mg,Pb and Cd in toenails.Results The study had 71 subjects with an average age of 56.6±11.0 years.Mg was the only tested trace element that had significant sex difference(male:275.86±76.89 vs.female:310.92±70.03,P〈0.05).Mn,V and Mg contents decreased with the age increase.The Pb content of resident toenails in Xifeng District(1.33 μg/g) was as 2 times as that of resident nails in Ningxian county.The Cd content of resident toenails(0.06 μg/g) was as 3 times as that of resident toenails in Ningxian county(P〈0.05).The toenail contents of As,Pb and Cd were relatively higher in residents cooking and heating with coal than that in residents cooking and heating with materials other than coal.Conclusion The high toenail contents of Pb and Cd in the residents of Xifeng district might be associated with environmental pollution.
