RP-HPLC法测定舒胸胶囊中三七皂苷R_1、人参皂苷Rg_1的含量

目的建立以HPLC法测定舒胸胶囊中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1含量的方法。方法采用Thermo C18柱,以乙腈-水（20：80）为流动相,检测波长：203nm,流速：1.0mL·min-1。结果三七皂苷R1在0.2416~1.3288μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996,平均加样回收率为100.2%;人参皂苷Rg1在0.8848~4.8664μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为99.6%。结论本方法操作简便、方法可靠、结果准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。

Determination of Notoginsenoside R1 and Ginsenoside Rg1 in Shuxiong Capsules by RP-HPLC

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rg1 in Shuxiong Capsules.Methods Thermo C18 Column was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（20∶80）.The detection wavelength was at 203nm.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.Results The linear range of notoginsenoside R1 was within 0.2416~1.3288μg（r=0.9996）.The average recovery was 100.2%.The linear range of ginsenoside Rg1 was within 0.8848~4.8664μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 99.6%.Conclusion This method has good repeatability,flexibility and high sensitivity.It can be used for quality control of Shuxiong Capsules.
