| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定阿西美辛分散片含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18,流动相为甲醇-醋酸盐缓冲液(65∶35),流速为0.6mL·min-1,柱温为25℃,检测波长为319nm,进样量为20μL。结果:阿西美辛检测浓度线性范围为20～600μg·mL-1(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.74%,RSD=0.57%。结论:本法简单、灵敏、结果准确,可用于阿西美辛分散片的含量测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To establish the method for the content determination of Acemetacin dispersible tablets. METHODS： HPLC detection was adopted. Hypersil BDS C18 column was used and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetate buffer solution （65：35） at the flow rate of 0.6 mL.min^-1. The column temperature was set at 25 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 319 nm. Injection volume was 20 μL. RESULTS： The linear range of acemetacin was 20--600 μg·mL^-1 （r=0.999 9） with an average recovery of 100.74%, RSD=0.57%. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and it can be applied for the content determination of Acemetacin dispersible tablets. |
