| 摘 要： | 目的探讨硬通道微创技术在急性硬膜外血肿治疗中的应用.方法应用硬通道微创技术,采用YL-1型血肿穿刺针,治疗急性硬膜外血肿80例.结果穿刺成功率100%;76例血肿完全清除,4例老年患者残留少量硬膜外积液.穿刺过程中3例伴发再出血,经血肿腔内止血药冲洗引流,再出血停止.结论硬通道微创技术在掌握穿刺指征、时机和技巧下,对急性硬膜外血肿的治疗是一种安全、有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the use of hard tunnel minimally invasive technique in the treatment of acute epidural hematoma.Methods 80 cases with acute epidural hematoma were treated with the hard tunenel minimally invasive technique using YL 1 needle.Results The successful rate of puncture was 100%.76 cases were successful in cleaning of hematoma.In 4 senior patients,a few epidural effusion was residual after puncture.Ren hemorrage occured in 3 cases during puncture.bleeding stopped after washing and draining with hemostatic druge in antrum of hematoma.Conclusions This technique is useful and safe for selected cases of acute epidural hemotoma,if puncture indication,timing and operator are properly chosen. |
