亚叶酸与5－FU联合化疗防治结直肠癌复发（附87例分析）

自１９８８年以来采用亚叶酸和５－ＦＵ联合化疗结直肠癌２６２例，经随访生存逾５年者８７例。６６例为术后辅助化疗组，属ＤｕｋｅｓＡ期１４例，Ｂ期１５例，Ｃ期３７例。２１例为治疗组，均系Ｄ期病例。化疗采用亚叶酸１５０～３００ｍｇ／ｄ和５－ＦＵ１０００ｍｇ／ｄ静脉滴注，连续５天为１疗程，每月１次，共６～９疗程。结果显示，辅助化疗组总的５年生存率为６６．６７％。治疗组总有效率５２．３８％。本研究表明，亚叶酸和５－ＦＵ联合化疗不论作为辅助或治疗均是安全和有效的选择。

Folinic acid and 5-FU combined chemotherapy in prevention and treatment of recurrence in colorectal cancer.

ince 1988, 262 cases of colorectal cancer weretreated with folinic acid (FA) and 5-FU combinedchemotherapy and 87 have been followed up morethan 5 years. In these 87 cases, 66 were treated as adjuvant chemotherapy, among which 14 lesions wereDukes A, 15 Dukes B and 37 Dukes C ; 21 were treatedas therapeutic chemotherapy and all of them wereclassified as Dukes D including of curatively unresectable tumor, recurrent or extensive disseminated lesions. In adjuvant group chemotherapy consisted ofFA 150-- 300mg/day and 5--FU 1000mg/day intravenous infusion for consecutive five days every monthshould be given for 6-9 months. The result showedthat overall 5 year survival rate in adjuvant group was66. 67%. The overall response rate in therapeuticgroup was 52. 38%. The study showed that thechemotherapy in combination of FA and 5-FU eitheras adjuvant or therapeutic was an effective and safetreatment in patients with colorectal cancer.
