安非他酮改善酒依赖患者症状的对照研究

目的探讨安非他酮对改善酒依赖患者症状的效果。方法将164例酒依赖患者随机分为研究组（83例）和对照组（81例），研究组患者接受安非他酮系统治疗，对照组患者仅接受一般戒酒治疗，共治疗8周。入组患者在基线及治疗后第2、4、8周末应用饮酒问卷（ADS）、密西根酒精调查表（MAST）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量（SAS）、治疗中需处理的不良反应症状量表（TESS）评定疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后第2周末起，研究组患者ADS、MAST、SDS、SAS量表评分与基线时比较，有显著降低（P〈0．05），而对照组患者各个量表评分在治疗后第4周末起才有显著降低（P〈0．05）。治疗后第2、4、8周末，研究组患者ADS、MAST、SDS、SAS量表评分均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论安非他酮可有效、快速的改善酒依赖患者的酒精依赖及抑郁、焦虑症状。

A comparative study of effect of bupropion on symptoms of patients with alcohol dependence. ZHANG Kaiwu.

Objective To explore the effect of bupropion in improving the symptoms of patients with alcohol dependence. Methods 164 patients with alcohol dependence were randomly divided into study group （83 cases） treated with bupropion and control group （81 cases） treated with routine temperance treatment for 8 weeks. All patients were assessed with Alcohol Drinking Scale （ADS）, Michigan Alcoholism Screening Test （MAST）, Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS）, Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Treatment Emergent Side Effect Scale （TESS） at baseline and at the end of the 2nd, 4th, 8th week of the treatment. Results Compared with baseline, scores of ADS, MAST, SDS and SAS in study group decreased significantly from the end of the 2nd week （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while the significance appeared till at the end of the 4th week in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Scores of ADS, MAST, SDS, SAS in study group were significantly lower than those in control group at the end of the 2nd, 4th and 8th week of the treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No severe side effects was found in both groups and there was no significant difference in incidence of side effects between two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Bupropion can improve dependence symptom, anxiety symptom and depressive symptom of patients with alcohol dependence effectively and rapidly.
