酚妥拉明、甘利欣联合治疗慢性重度淤胆型肝炎86例的降黄疗效

目的　探讨酚妥拉明、甘利欣联合治疗慢性重度淤胆型肝炎的降黄疗效。方法　将我院同期慢性重度淤胆型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组 86例 (用酚妥拉明、甘利欣联合治疗 ) ,对照组 82例 (用复方丹参、门冬氨酸钾镁治疗 ) ,观察治疗前后血清胆红素的变化情况。结果　治疗组血清胆红素降低显著 ,总有效率 81.3 6% ,与对照组相比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　酚妥拉明、甘利欣联合治疗慢性重度淤胆型肝炎降黄疗效显著 ,副作用少 ,简便实用。

Effect of Decreasing the Serum Total Bilirubin of Phentolamine and Glycyrrizinatis in Treating Chronic Severe Cholestatic Viral Hepatitis

Objective To investigate the effect of decreasing the serum total bilirubin of phentolamine and glycyrrhizinatis in treating chronic severe cholestatic viral heptitis.Method 168 patients with chronic severe cholestatic heptitis were randomly divided into treating group(86 cases) treated by phentolamine and glycyrrhizinatis,control group(82 cases) treated by salvia miltionhiza and injectio kalii magnesii aspatatis.The changes of the serum total bilirubin were examined before and after treatment.Results There was significant effect on decreasing the serum total bilirubin in treating group.Total effective rate was 81.36%(70 cases),there was significant nt difference compared with control group( P <0.01).Conclusions Phentolamine and glycyrrhizinatis have good effect,high safety,less adverse reaction in treating chronic severe cholestatic viral hepatitis.
