恩再适治疗腰椎管狭窄症术后残余神经症状的临床观察

目的观察恩再适对腰椎管狭窄症术后残余神经症状的疗效。方法腰椎管狭窄术后仍残留有神经症状，痛觉视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分在4分以上的患者共40例，分成恩再适组和安慰刑组各20例。恩再适组给予恩再适18AGC单位＋生理盐水250ml静脉滴注，连续7d：安慰剂组患者给予生理盐水250ml静脉滴注，连续7d。观察2组患者用药后疼痛和麻木感改变情况，以及JOA评分的变化情况。结果术后1、3、7、14d恩再适纽疼痛、麻木感、JOA评分改善率与对照组比较差异均有显著性，恩再适组患者用药后未出现不良反应。结论恩再适对腰椎管狭窄症术后残留的疼痛感、麻木感有治疗作用，并能提高术后JOA评分。

Effect of analgecine for the remnant symptoms of lumbar spinal stenosis

Objective To verify the efficacy of Neurotropin on remnant symptom after the surgery of lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods 40 patients who had received lumbar decompression operation were divided into 2 groups.One was Analgecine group,and the other was control group(n=20).Analgecine 18 AGC unit was added into 250ml saline to inject in Analgecine group for 7 days.Normal saline was intravenously dripped in control group.The pain and numbness was observed as well as JOA score change after treatment.Results Analgecine significantly reduced the VAS of pain and numbness,and improvement of JOA score on 1,3,7,and 14d were significantly different between the two groups.There were no obvious adverse events in Analgecine group.Conclusion Analgecine is effective in treating remnant symptom of Lumbar decompression operation,including pain and numbness,which can increase JOA score after operation.
