2003～2005年高唐县农村居民伤害死亡现状分析

[目的]了解高唐县农村居民伤害死亡现状及死因，为开展预防研究提供依据。[方法]对全县2003～2005年农村居民伤害死亡情况进行回顾性调查，并进行统计分析。[结果]全县2003～2005年伤害死亡476人，伤害死亡率为42．22／10万，占死因顺位的第4位，男性第一死因为车辆交通事故，死亡168人，死亡率为29．80／10万；女性第一死因为自杀，死亡36人，死亡率为10．82／10万。除85岁以上组男性的伤害死亡率低于女性，其他年龄组男性均高于女性。年龄组不同导致死亡的原因不同。[结论]高唐县农村居民伤害死亡仍保持在较高水平，应针对主要死亡原因，进行行为干预，降低伤害死亡率。

Analysis of Death Caused by Injury among Rural Residents in Gaotang County from 2003 to 2005

[Objective] To understand the status and causes of death caused by injury,provide scientific basis for prevention.[Methods]Retrospective investigation on the causes of death caused by injury among rural residents from 2003 to 2005 in the whole county was conducted,data were analyzed.[Results]476 death incidents caused by injury were reported in the whole county from 2003 to 2005,accounting for 42.22/100 000,ranking the fourth of the causes of death.Traffic accident was the first cause of death for male(168),accounting for 10.82/100 000.Suicide was the first cause of death for female(36),accounting for 10.82/100 000.The mortality caused by injury was high in male than that in female except in the male aged over 85.The causes of death caused by injury were different in different aged group.[Conclusion]The morbidity caused by injury among rural residents was high from 2003 to 2005 in the county.Intervention must be strengthened to reduce the morbidity caused by injury.
