Thoughts on Hospital Management in Market Economy

According to the great adjustment of macro - policy for hospitals in market economy, economy system reform, especially the medical insurance system of urban workers coming into practice, and the changes of population health demands, the author put forward that hospital management have to adapt to all of these changes. The contents of its internal economic management must be despened, the scope must be broadened, the structure must be adjusted, and the system must be perfected. All of these must be integrated with the reform of administration, professional management, and political management. The author also suggests that the hospital should carry out cost audit, regulate audit of section offices, and probe into ownership reform, and so on.
