人工培养北虫草多糖含量测定研究

目的测定不同基地、不同批次的北虫草子实体、培养基中多糖含量。方法硫酸-蒽酮显色法,检测波长625nm。结果蚕蛹培养基质培养的北虫草中多糖含量最高(42.07%),小麦基质为37.95%,大米基质培养的子实体多糖含量最低(34.41%);大米基质培养基多糖含量稍高于小麦。结论小麦作为基质培养的北虫草子实体中多糖含量虽不为最高,但比蚕蛹、大米基质经济实用;三种培养基中多糖含量均较高,应对培养基进行综合利用。

Determining the contents of polysaccharide in man-made cordyceps militaris

OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of polysaccharide in the fruitbodys and culture mediums of Cordyceps militaris of different areas and different monthes.METHODS H2SO4-C10H14O colorimetry was used with detection wavelength at 625nm.RESULTS The contents of polysaccharide of the Cordyceps militaris which is cultivated by pupa were the highest(42.07%),the wheat was 37.95%,the rice was the lowest(34.41%).The contents of polysaccharide in the medium which concluding the rice is higher than that of the wheat.CONCLUSION The contents of polysaccharide of the Cordyceps militaris which was cultivated by wheat not the highest but practical and available than the wheat and the pupa,the contents of polysaccharide of the culture mediums was higher,so it was necessary to give the comprehensive application to the culture mediums.
