月季花化学成分的初步研究

 目的 对蔷薇科植物月季花的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。方法 本实验采用硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱， Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和重结晶等分离纯化手段对化合物进行纯化，并根据波谱分析技术和理化性质对照等方法对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 从其石油醚和三氯甲烷部位分离得到了15个化合物，分别为：β-谷甾醇(1)、菜油甾醇(2)、环桉烯醇(3)、齐墩果酸(4)、熊果酸(5)、2α，3α，19α，23-四羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(6)、2α，3α，19α，-三羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸(7)、山柰酚(8)、槲皮素(9)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-槐糖苷(11)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-槐糖苷(12)、槲皮素7-O-β-龙胆二糖苷(13)、银椴苷(14)、芹菜素-7-O-(6″-O-对羟基苯甲酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(15)。结论 其中化合物2，4，5，6，7，12，13，14，15等9个化合物，为首次从月季植物中分离得到。

Study on Chemical Constituents of Rosa chinensis Jacq. Flower

OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents in Rosa chinensis Jacq.METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and recrystallization,et al.Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and physicochemical properties.RESULTS From petroleum ether fraction and chloroform fraction of water extraction of Rosa chinensis Jacq.,the structures of 15 compounds were identified as β-sitosterol(1),campesterol(2),cycloeucalenol(3),oleanolic acid(4),ursolic acid(5),myrianthic acid(6),euscaphic acid(7),kaempferol(8),quercetin(9),campherol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(10),campherol-3-O-β-D-sophoroside(11),quercetin-3-O-β-D-sophoroside(12),quercetin-7-O-β-D-gentiobioside(13),campherol-3-O-β-D-(6″-O-trans-p-coumaroyl)-glucoside(14),and apigenin-7-O-(6″-O-p-hydroxy benzyl)-β-D-glucoside(15).CONCLUSION Compounds 2,4,5,6,7,12,13,14 and 15 are obtained from the plant for the first time.
