霸王花药材HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的:建立霸王花药材的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对10批霸王花药材进行分析。色谱条件:Phonemenex Luna PFP色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-甲醇-0.2%甲酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为360 nm,柱温35℃。结果:10批药材的相似度均在0.92以上,建立了霸王花药材的HPLC指纹图谱,确定了18个共有峰,并利用对照品对照法和LC-MS法对其中的10个共有峰进行了成分指认。结论:本法准确、简便,重现性好,可用于霸王花药材的定性鉴别。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method of fingerprint analysis on Hylocereus undatus by HPLC.Methods:The analysis was performed on Phonemenex Luna PFP column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with a gradient mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-0.2% formic acid solution system at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 360 nm.The column temperature was 35 ℃.Results:The similarities of 10 batches samples were over 0.92.The fingerprint of H.undatus was established and 18 common peaks were found.Among them,ten peaks were identified by comparison with the references and LC-MS.Conclusion:The method is accurate,simple,and reproducible,and can be used as a quality control method for H.undatus.
