农村贫困地区育龄妇女健康知识知晓程度的影响因素及其对策

目的:对农村贫困地区育龄妇女健康知识知晓程度和相关因素进行调查分析,了解贫困地区妇女健康知识知晓程度、健康知识获得途径及其影响因素,并提出相应对策。方法;采用分层随机抽样的方法抽取贵州省纳雍县2个乡镇,每个乡镇抽取4个村,每个村随机抽取30～40位已婚育龄妇女共315人,对农村育龄妇女的基本情况、健康知识知晓程度、健康知识获得途径和期望宣传的方式进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果:文盲的育龄妇女的正确率为14%,小学文化程度的为33.8%,初中文化程度的为64.3%,高中及以上的正确率为76.9%;不同文化程度和年龄的人群健康知识获得途径和期望宣传方式不同。结论:不同文化程度知识回答的正确率有明显的差别,应提高农村妇女文化水平,转变农村妇女传统观念。同时,健康教育应针对不同年龄和不同文化程度的人群采取不同的教育方式,有针对性地开展贫困地区的健康教育工作。

The effective factor and countermeasure of health knowledge degree in child - bearing age women in village poverty- stricken zone

Objective:To investigate and analyze the related factors and health konwledge degree with child-bearing age women in village poverty-stricken zone,and give corresponding countermeasure.Methods:2 towns in Nayong county,4 villages in each town,30~40 married child-bearing women in each village were selected with delaminationrandom sampling,all of them are 315 cases.Results:The correct rate of answering of illiterate women is 14%,primary school degree is 33.8%,middle school degree is 64.3%,high school and upper is 76.9%.Different culture degree and age is,different knowledge acquirement pathway and propaganda model is.Conclusion:The correct rate in different culture degree has difference significantly,village women's culture level should be heighted,the conventional idea should be changed.At the same time,different health education model should be adapted according to different age and culture degree crowd,health education work should be develped in poverty-stricken zone aimedly.
