心理社会因素与恶性肿瘤患者生存质量的研究进展

综述了心理社会因素在肿瘤发生和发展中的重要作用,并从中西医角度分析了其作用机制。神经免疫内分泌系统是一个重要的研究切入点,及时发现并重视肿瘤患者的异常心理状况,对其进行心理干预应成为肿瘤综合治疗的一部分。研究心理社会因素与恶性肿瘤的关系为肿瘤的防治提供了新的思路和方法,对综合有效地治疗癌症,提高患者生存质量、延长寿命具有重要的意义。

Progress of Research on Psychosocial Factors and Life Quality of Malignant Tumor Patients

This paper reviewed the roles of psychosocial factors in the occurrence and development of malignant tumor and the probable mechanisms on the points of view of Western and traditional Chinese medicine.Neuroendocrine-immunoregulatory system is an important research point.More attention should be paid to malignant tumor patients to discover their abnormal mental status in time.Psychologic intervention should be one part of comprehensive cancer treatment.The study of psychosocial factors on malignant tumors will provide new ideas and methods for prevention and treatment of cancer,which is very important in treating cancer comprehensively and effectively,and will promote quality of life and prolong the survival of patients with malignant tumor.
