| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨几种中草药水煎剂对小鼠肠道菌群的影响，以便弄清其作用机制，为进一步研究及临床应用提供理论基础。方法：用抗生素造成小鼠肠道菌群失调模型，然后给予中草药水煎剂，检测肠道正常菌群的变化。结果：中药治疗组小鼠肠道菌群数明显增加。结论：中草药水煎剂对小鼠肠道菌群有调整作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of several kinds of decoction of Chinese Herbal Medicines on the intestinal microflora of mice and investigate the mechanism of the Medicines so as to provide the theoretical basis for the further research on the mechanism and clinic application. Methods: Mice were given antibiotic to produce the model of the imbalance of intestinal flora. Then to give the mice the decoction of Chinese Herbal Medicines and observe the changes of normal intestinal microflora. Result :The number of intestinal microflora of mouse given the decoction of boiling Chinese Herbal Medicines has increased efficiently. Conclusion :The decoction of Chinese Herbal Medicines has a function to regulate alteration of intestinal flora. |
