| 摘 要： | 目的 系统观察研究白细胞介素-1受体拮抗剂（LI-lra)对角膜碱烧伤的治疗作用。方法 采用日本大耳白兔及Wistar大鼠，制成角膜碱烧伤模型。通过裂隙灯与病理组织学观察，进行角膜OD值与角膜上皮细胞活性测定。烧伤斑图像分析。以及IL-1酶联免疫吸附测定（IL-1ELISA）。结果 应用IL-1ra后兔角膜水肿程度减轻，角膜OD值较大，角膜上皮细胞活性恢复较好，并能明显抑制大鼠角膜中的IL-1水平。结论 IL-1ra能抑制炎症反应。有利于角膜透明度和上皮细胞活性恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the treatment of animal cornea alkali burn by Interleukin-1 receptor antagonist(IL-1ra). Methods Cornea of rabbits and rats were burned by alkali. Six items including the observation of slit-lamp and pathology,deter- mination OD value of cornea and activity of corneal epithelial cell,cornea burn image analysis and IL-1 ELISA were used to exam- ine the therapeutic effect of IL-1ra. Results IL-1ra can control inflammation and is beneficial to recovery of rabbits corneal transparency and epithelial cell activity. IL-1ra can also inhibit IL-1 level of rats. Conclusion IL-1ra was therapeutic in corne- al alkali burn. |
