儿童传染性单核细胞增多症的临床特征

目的探讨儿童传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)的临床特征。方法收集160例IM的临床症状、体征、实验室检查和并发症,进行回顾性分析。结果 160例患儿中,男85例,女75例,中位年龄7岁。发热、咽峡炎、颈淋巴结肿大是IM患儿的主要临床表现,肝脾肿大、鼻塞、眼睑浮肿也是重要体征。常见的并发症有肝损害、心肌受损、肺炎、血小板减少和中性粒细胞减少。结论不同年龄段儿童IM临床症状、体征、实验室检查及并发症存在差异,应予以重视,应用更昔洛韦治疗疗效确切。

Clinical characteristics of Infectious Mononucleosis in children of monocyte increase

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of children with infectious mononuclear cell histioeytosis （IM）. Methods The clinical symptoms, signs, laboratory tests, and complications of 160 cases of IM were analyzed retrospectively. Results The results of 160 patients were 85 cases of male and 75 cases of female; median age was ？ years old. Fever, angina, cervical lymph nodes is the main clinical manifestations of IM patients, hepatosplenomegaly, nasal congestion, eyelid edema is an important sign. Common complications are liver damage, heart damage, reduced pneumonia, thrombocytopenia, and neutropenia. Conclusion Children of different ages had different IM clinical symptoms, signs, laboratory tests, complications, attention should be paid to the treatment efficacy of Ganciclovir.
