| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理护理在孕产妇分娩过程中的作用。方法选择240例临产初孕产妇为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各120例,对照组采取常规分娩护理方式,观察组在对照组的基础上对孕产妇实施心理护理,比较两组产妇心理感受、分娩方式及各产程时间。结果心理护理组产妇心理感受、各产程时间及分娩方式与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义((P<0.05))。结论实施有效正确的心理护理对孕产妇在分娩过程中有积极的影响,能明显缩短产程,提高自然分娩率,降低了产后出血及新生儿窒息发生率,且可显著提高产科质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of maternal psychological nursing on delivery. Methods 240 cases of parturient primiparae as object, were randomly divided into control group and observation group 120 cases each, while the control group adopted conventional delivery nursing, observation group was based on maternal psychological nursing, were compared between the two groups of maternal psychological feelings, mode of delivery and duration of labor. Results Psychological nursing group maternal psychological feelings, the duration of labor and mode of delivery and the control group had significant difference （P〈0. 05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Effective mental nursing for parturi- ent on delivery process has a positive effect, it can obviously shorten birth process, improves the natural birth rate, decrease postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia rate, and improve the quality of obstetrics department. |
