小儿氨基酸联合干扰素治疗轮状病毒肠炎临床分析

目的探讨小儿氨基酸联合干扰素治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的临床效果。方法 120例患儿随机分为实验组63例和对照组57例,对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上,加用小儿氨基酸1.0/(kg·d)静滴,联合α-人血干扰素5万U/(kg·d),肌内注射,1疗程共5天,治疗结束后比较两组患儿临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率为63.16%,实验组总有效率为88.89%,实验组的有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿氨基酸联合干扰素治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎安全有效,副作用少,且能显著提高治疗效果,值得在儿科临床上推广应用。

The Clinical Analysis on Pediatric Amino Acid and Interferon in Treating Rotavirus Enteritis

Objective To explore the curative effect of pediatric amino acid in treating for rotavirus enteritis. Methods 120 cases of infant patients were randomly divided into experimental group （63 cases） and control group （57 cases）-the two groups in gender, age, course of disease, clinical symptoms, showed no significant difference （P〉0. 05）. Then control group were given routine therapy, and experimental group were added to pediatric amino acid combined with interferon. After the end of treatment were compared between the two groups in clinical efficacy. Results The excellent rate in two groups were significant differences （P〈0. 05）, experimental group were significantly better than control group. Conclusion Pediatric aminoacid combined with interferon for treatment of rotavirus enteritis is safe and effectual, and can significantly enhance treatment, so it deserves application and promotion in pediatricclinical ork.
