摘    要:目的研究三阴乳腺癌组织(TNBC)中p57、ki67的表达及其与临床病理指标和预后的关系。方法应用组织芯片技术和免疫组化SP法,检测56例乳腺癌组织、30例癌旁正常乳腺组织石蜡切片中p57和ki67的表达情况,并分析各蛋白分子的表达与临床病理学指标之间的关系。结果 TNBC组织中p57和ki67表达定位于细胞核。①56例TNBC组织中p57、ki67的表达率分别为32.14%(18/56例)和71.43%(40/56例),分别低于和高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。②p57和ki67的表达与TNBC的组织学分级、临床TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与原发肿瘤大小、患者年龄大小、病理类型无关(P>0.05)。③相关性分析显示,二者之间呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 p57和ki67表达与TNBC的发生、发展及浸润转移有关,可作为判断TNBC生物学行为和预后的重要指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of p57 and ki67 in human triple-negative breast cancer (TN- BC) and discuss the clinical pathological significance. Methods Using SP immunohistochemistry method, the expression of p57 and ki67 in 56 TNBC cases and 30 breast tissue adjacent to cancer cases were examined. Results The expression of and P27 in human breast cancer was located within the nucleus. ①The positive expression rates of p57 and ki67 were 32.14% and 71.43% in TNBC, moreover lower and higher than the adjacent normal tissue, respectively (P〈0. 05). ② In the 56 cases of TNBC, the positive expression of p57 and ki67 in histological grade G3 was significantly higher than that in G1 and G2 (P〈0. 05). In addition, the positive expression of p57 in stage III tumors was also higher than that in stage I-II tumors (P〈0. 05). Furthermore, P27 expression was associated with axillary lymph node metastasis (P〈 0. 05), and was not related with histopathological type (P〉0.05). ③Correlation analysis showed a negative correlation between p57 and ki67 (P〈0. 05). Conclusions p57 and ki67 were highly expressed in TNBC and their expressions were closely related with the occurrence, development and metastasis of TNBC.
