| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不可手术局部晚期乳腺癌多学科综合治疗的临床价值。方法对400例不可手术的局部晚期乳腺癌采用规范化多学科综合治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果本组行新辅助化疗394例,临床缓解率(CR+PR)68.0%;单独行新辅助内分泌治疗6例,临床缓解率66.7%;新辅助化疗联合曲妥珠单抗治疗5例均有效。同期本组病例手术治疗316例,术后辅助放疗290例,全组5年生存率49%,10年生存率38%,无治疗相关性死亡。结论规范化的多学科综合治疗可以改善不可手术的局部晚期乳腺癌的临床效果,提高总体生存率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of multidisciplinary therapy in inoperable locally advanced breast cancers. Methods The clinical data and curative effects were retrospectively reviewed of 400 inoperable locally advanced breast cancer patients in cancer hospital, Shantou University Medical College from 1995 to 2008. Results In the present study, 394 cases of the patients received neoadjuvant chemotherapy and 6 cases received only neoadjuvant endocrine therapy, with the clinical response rate （complete response and partial response rate） 68.2% and 66.6 %, respectively. 316 cases underwent operation and 290 were under adjuvantt radiation. The 5-year and 10-year survival rate were 49% and 38% , respectively. Conclusion That multidisciplinary therapy is effective in improving the clinical out-comes in inoperable locally advanced breast cancer. |
