| 摘 要： | 目的观察阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎的效果。方法将132例儿童支原体肺炎分为治疗组72例和对照组60例,两组在对症治疗的同时,分别给予阿奇霉素和红霉素治疗,观察其总有效率和临床症状改善情况。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为96.23%和81.13%(P<0.05)。治疗组的体温下降时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间和住院天数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎疗效显著优于红霉素,可作为治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的首选药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the effect of azithromycin on child mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 132 children with myeoplasma pneumonia were divided into treatment group （72 cases） and control group （60 cases）. The treatment group and control group were treated with azithromycin and erythromycin, respectively, under treatment of symptomatic treatment. The effective rate and clinical symptoms were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 96.23% and 81.13% （P〈0. 05）. The temperature drop, cough disappearance, lung tales disappearance and hospital day of treatment group demonstrated superiority with that of control group. Conclusion Az- ithromyein has advantage on treatment of child mycoplasma pneumonia compared with that of erythromyein, which may be the first selection for child mycoplasma pneumonia. |
