微生态药物治疗老年性阴道炎疗效观察

目的探讨微生物药物(乳酸菌阴道胶囊)在老年性阴道炎治疗中的作用。方法选择妇科门诊患有老年性阴道炎患者240例分为对照组160例和观察组80例。观察组使用乳酸菌阴道胶囊,对照组-1使用甲硝唑阴道泡腾片,对照组-2使用甲硝唑阴道泡腾片+雌三醇乳膏,用药方法均为每晚睡前用温盐水清洗外阴,观察组用乳酸菌阴道胶囊2粒,放进阴道深部;对照组-1用甲硝唑阴道泡腾片0.2g,放进阴道深部,对照组-2每晚阴道放置甲硝唑阴道泡腾片0.2g,白天雌三醇乳膏适量涂阴道壁,对照组和观察组疗程均为7天。结果观察组有效率95%,对照组-1有效率为75%,对照组-2有效率88%。结论微生态药物(乳酸菌阴道胶囊)能有效治疗老年性阴道炎,降低其复发率,提高治愈率,值得临床推广应用。

Observation of the efficacy of microecology drug treatment on senile vaginitis

Objective To investigate the role of microbial drugs （lactobacillus vaginal capsules） in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods 240 cases of out-patients of senile vaginitis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into 160 eases of control group and 80 eases of observation group. Observation group were treated with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsules, the control group 1 were treated with metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets, and the control group 2 were treated with metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets ＋ estriol cream medication methods, which required vulva cleaning with warm salt water before going to bed every night. Both control group and observation group experienced a course of 7 days. Results The effective rate was 95% of observation group, 75% of control group 1, and 88% of control group 2. Conclusion The the microecology drug （lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsules） is effective in the treatment of senile vaginitis, it could reduce the relapse rate, improve the cure rate, and is worthy of clinical and widely used.
