邢台市学龄前儿童微量元素调查分析

摘    要:目的了解邢台市0~6岁学龄前儿童微量元素的缺乏现状,指导临床给予合理补充,为儿童保健管理及喂养指导提供科学理论依据。方法对2010年1月~2011年12月在我院做儿童保健与健康体检的1576名儿童采集末梢血检测微量元素,采用卡方检验(Chi-square test)比较分析不同年龄、不同性别体内微量元素的差异。结果 1576名儿童中,发现缺铁972人(61.7%),缺锌954人(60.5%),缺铜434人(27.5%),缺钙12人(0.8%),缺镁4人(0.3%);0岁组缺铁、缺锌明显高于其他各年龄组,0~6个月组和学龄前组(3~6岁)缺铜较为明显,在不同年龄组间锌、铁含量比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05);不同性别组间锌、铁含量比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论儿童末梢血中微量元素缺乏较为常见,应适当补充锌、铁、铜含量丰富的食物,合理饮食,使体内微量元素达到平衡状态。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the status of the level of microelement among 0-6 ages children is to guide clinical give reasonable added and provide the evidence for instructing health care and nutrition of children. Methods The finger blood of children attended the health care and physical examination from Jan 2010 to Dec 2011 in our community health service center were taken to detect microelement. The difference of the level of blood microelement among children was compared by Chi-square test. Results 1576 children were surveyed. 61.7% (972), 60. 5%(954) ,27.5% (434), 0. 8% (12) and 0.3% (4)were the deficiency of iron, zinc, copper, calcium and magnesium, respectively. The deficiency of iron and zinc among children aged 0 year old group was more serious than those among children in other age groups. The deficiency of copper between children aged 0-6 months and 3-6 years old were obvious. The deference of deficiency of iron and zinc were significant among different age groups(P〈0. 05). But the deference of the deficiency of iron and zinc wasn't significant between genders(P〉0. 05). Conclusion The deficiency of microelement in peripheral children blood is common. They should be appropriate to add foods rich in zinc, iron and copper reasonable dieted, in order to make the trace elements in their bodies keeping balance.
