综合性心理干预对孕产妇健康状况的影响

目的探讨综合性心理干预对孕产妇心理状态、妊娠结局等方面的影响。方法将242例住院分娩的孕产妇按照治疗先后顺序随机分为对照组118例和干预组124例。对照组给予一般护理,干预组在一般护理基础上加用综合性心理干预措施,比较两组孕产妇在入院时、分娩后2周的SAS、SDS评分情况,并将总产程时间及非病理性剖宫产率、产后出血率、新生儿窒息率及母乳喂养率等情况进行统计比较。结果干预组孕产妇在分娩后SAS、SDS评分显著降低,总产程时间缩短,非病理性剖宫产率、产后出血率、新生儿窒息率均下降,婴儿母乳喂养率提高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论综合性心理干预对消除孕产妇不良情绪、促进正常分娩及保障母婴健康有着重要的作用。

The effect of comprehensive psychological intervention on maternal health status during pregnancy

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive psychological intervention of maternal psychological status and pregnancy outcomes. Methods 242 cases of hospital pregnant women were randomly divided into control group （118 cases） and intervention group （124 cases） according to the treatment orders. The control group was given general care, the intervention group were treated with psychological interventions besides general care. Their scores of SAS and SDS were compared at the time of admission and two weeks after giving birth. The total process time, non-pathological rate of cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia rate and the rate of breastfeeding were also compared. Results The intervention group had significant lower SAS and SDS scores after childbirth, and their total process time, non-pathological cesarean section rate, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia rate were significantly reduced, infant breastfeeding rate was increased （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention has an important role in the elimination of maternal negative emotions and could promote normal childbirth and protect maternal and child health.
