| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔镜下胃十二指肠穿孔粘合修补术的优势和方法。方法 对15例胃十二指肠穿孔患者施行腹腔镜粘合修补术。结果 15例胃十二指肠穿孔均行腹腔镜下粘合修补术，平均住院7d，无术中及术后并发症发生。结论 腹腔镜下胃十二指肠穿孔粘合修补术具有安全、可靠、患者恢复快和痛苦小等特点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the adv antges and technique of laparoscopic agglutinating repair in gastric and duodeunm perforation.Methods:15 patients with gastric and duodenum perforation wre performed laparoscopic agglutinating repair.Results:15 patents with gastric and duodenum perforation were safely eperated.The mean time of hospitalization was 7 days.There was no intraoperative and postoperative complication.Conlusions:Laparoscopic agglutinating repair is one of the safe,quick recovery and little sufferment treatment for gastric and duodenum perforation. |
