帕金森病患者生活质量的研究及健康教育方案的制订

目的了解帕金森病患者的生活质量,为制订健康教育方案寻找依据。方法对20例帕金森病患者及其主要照顾者进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果患者多存在负性情绪,如抑郁和焦虑心理;大部分患者家务活动需要帮助才能完成,患者多很少走出家庭参加户外活动。结论应及早为患者制订健康教育计划,为患者提供护理干预,以提高帕金森病患者的生活质量,使患者在心理、生理和社会行为3方面都得到改善。

Quality of life for patients with Parkinson disease and the counter health education projects

Objective To know the current quality of life of patients with Parkinson disease, and then frame the counter health education projects. Methods Interviewed 20 patients with Parkinson disease or their chief favourers by questionnaire, and then analyzed the datum which had been obtained from them. Results Passive emotion existed in most of patients with Parkinson disease. Most of patients with Parkinson disease needed help from others in daily life, and most of them seldom attended outside activities. Conclusions The health education projects for patients with Parkinson disease should be framed as early as possible, and then improve the quality of life of them.
