摘    要:目的探讨慢性乙肝患者血浆内毒素(ET)水平与HBVDNA定量变化的关系及其机制。方法随机选取住院的慢性乙肝患者108例及HBV标志均为阴性的健康人15例,均严格无菌空腹采血,进行ET、T细胞亚群、HBVDNA定量等指标的检测。结果慢性乙肝患者随着血浆ET水平的升高,HBVDNA定量亦显著升高,P<0·01,但CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8均明显下降,P<0·05。结论慢性乙肝患者血浆ET水平升高,可致机体细胞免疫功能低下,从而使乙肝病毒持续复制,HBVDNA定量显著升高。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between plasma endotoxemia and HBV DNA in patients with chronic B hepatitis. Methods One hundred and eight patients with chronic B hepatitis(experiment group) and 15 healthy persons without HBV(control group) were chosen. The plasma was collected for measurement of endotoxin, peripheral blood T lymphocyte subset and HBV DNA in both groups before breakfast. Results There was a positive correlation between HBV DNA and plasma endotoxemia (P<0.01). At the same time, there was a negative correlation between HBV DNA and CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8(P<0.05). Conclusion The increased plasma endotoxemia can decrease cellular immune, causing a continuous duplication of hepatitis B virus and high HBV DNA.
