| 摘 要： | 目的 了解对卧床重症患者实施基础、生活护理存在的问题及改进措施。方法 2003-2004年，对卧床重症患者的护理实施情况进行回顾总结，分析存在问题的原因，并提出改进措施应用于护理实践。比较新护理措施实施前后的护理质量。结果 采取有效改进措施前后，基础、生活护理等存在问题的发生率差异显著（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），患者满意度明显上升。结论 加强护理质量的管理，是提高基础、生活护理质量的有效措施。
