| 摘 要： | 1993年6月～1997年2月,术中超声监视下施行肾盂或肾实质切开取石术治疗复杂性肾结石52例,其中多发性肾结石44例。鹿角形肾结石8例,疗效满意。本文介绍了复杂性肾结石术中超声声像图的特点,术中在超声监视下手术方法及应用术中超声监视的优点。作者认为,术中超声监视可以精确地进行结石定位,减少手术对肾实质和血管的损伤,提高了手术成功率,节省手术时间,降低手术并发症。

| Abstract: | Intraoparative ultrasound was used in monitoring lithotomy for 52 cases of complex renal stone form June 1993 to Feb. 1997, 44 casee were multiple renal stones and 8 staghorn.The sonographic characteristics and monitoring method and its advantage were introduced. It is considered that the method of intraoperative ultrasonic monitoring can locate the stone exactly and reduce the surgical injury of renal cortex and blood vessels, therefore increases the success rate, saves the time and reduces the complication of operation. |
