| 摘 要： | 本文分析了172例可疑前列腺癌者经腔内超声及其引导下穿刺活检确诊的49例前列腺癌的声像学特征。认为前列腺癌除了主要表现为低回声型特点外,尚可出现其它回声类型改变及一些间接征象。前列腺介入性超声及其指引下的穿刺活检是前列腺癌诊断及疗效随访的主要方法。

Sonographic Appearance of the Prostatic Cancer on Transrectal Ultrasonography |

| Abstract: | The sonographic appearance of 172 cases suspected of the prostatic cancer underwent transrectal ultrasonography (TRUS) and 49 cases with diagnosis of prostatic cancer proved by ultrasound guided transrectal biopsy were analyzed. On TRUS image, 42 cases (85.9%) of the prostatic cancer were hypoechoic 2 (4.0%) were hyperechoic, 2(4.0%) had mixde echogenicity and 3 (6.1%) showed isoechoic appearance. TRUS and its guided biopsy are imperative in thFe diagnosis and follow-up of the prostatic cancer. |
