| 摘 要： | 应用彩色多普勒血流图观察６６例肝硬化门脉高压症行经颈内静脉肝内门体分流术（ｔｒａｎ－ｓｊｕｇｕｌａｒｉｎｔｒａｈｅｐａｔｉｃｐｏｒｔｏｓｙｓｔｅｍｉｃｓｔｅｎｔｓｈｕｎｔＴＩＰＳＳ）治疗的患者术后不同时期的门脉系血流动力学变化，检出支撑管栓塞２例，认为ＴＩＰＳＳ术对肝硬化门脉高压症的治疗有一定疗效。

| Abstract: | The portal system hemodynamic changes of different periods in 66 cases of liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension after transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic stent shunt(TIPSS) were observed by color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). Shunt occlusion occurred in two patients. The results suggested that TIPSS is an effective method for the treatment of liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension. |
