| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨假性胰腺囊肿的个体化治疗。方法：回顾性分析43例假性胰腺囊肿的临床资料。结果：8例采用保守治疗治愈,10例行穿刺置管外引流,手术治疗25例。结论：假性胰腺囊肿治疗方法较多,应根据病程、大小、病因、部位采取个体化治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the Individual treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst. Methods:The clinical data of 43 patients with pancreatic pseudocyst were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Of 43 cases,8 patients were managed conservatively, external drainage by puncture in 10 cases and 25 patients underwent operation. Conclusion:There are various treatments of PPC,Individual scheme should be advocated according to the course of disease, size, pathogen and location. |
