大孔树脂吸附人参总皂苷工艺及再生使用的研究

摘    要: 目的研究D-101型大孔吸附树脂富集纯化人参总皂苷的工艺条件及再生使用。方法以人参总皂苷的得率为考察指标,确定D-101型大孔吸附树脂富集纯化人参总皂苷的性能、洗脱参数和大孔树脂在不同条件下的再生使用。结果以体积分数为50%乙醇为洗脱剂效果最佳。大孔树脂部分死吸附后,吸附量还是相对稳定的,约为新树脂的50%。结论以体积分数为50%乙醇洗脱大孔吸附树脂吸附的人参总皂苷,洗脱率为90%以上,纯度为60%,可以获得最佳效果。且工艺简便、成本低,有利于推广。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the technological parameters of purification and enrichment process of gingenosides and Rebirth with D-101 macroreticular resin.METHODS The adsorptive characteristics and elutive parameters of enrichment and purified ratio of ginsenosides and Rebirth were studied by colorimetry with the change of ginsenosides as the marker in adsorption.RESULTS The ginsenosides were purified with a column of macroreticular resin,the eluted with 50% ethanol was best.The adsorption of ginsenoside was 50% after regeneration.CONCLUSION With macroreticular resin to adsorb and purify,the elutive ratio of gindenosides was above 90%,and the purity reached 60%.So this process of applying macroreticular resin to adsorb and purify gindenosides is feasible.
