| 摘 要： | 目的 评价化学发光标记免疫测定法(CLIA)在检测卵巢上皮癌者血清CAl25水平中的价值。方法 应用化学发光标记免疫测定法对203例卵巢上皮癌患者进行血清CAl25的检测，其中浆液性癌72例，粘液性癌37例，宫内膜样癌38例，透明细胞癌13例，未分化癌25例，混合性上皮癌18例。对照组选健康女性共638例。结果 203例患者中阳性184例，敏感度为90．6％，特异性为94．5％，准确度为93、6％。结论 化学发光标记免疫测定法是目前检测卵巢上皮癌患者的最好方法，CAl25抗原测定对卵巢癌患者严重程度的估计及疗效观察有重要临床价值．

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate Chemical Luminal Immunoassay (CLIA) in detecting serum CA125 of patients with ovarian epithelial cancer.Methods The serum CA125 in 203 patients with ovarian epithelial cancer was detected by CLIA.The 638 healthy women were chosen as control subjects.Results There were 184 positive patients among 203 patients.The sensitivity and specificity of serum CA125 were 90.6% and 94.5% respevtively,and accuracy was 93.6%.Conclusion CLIA is the best of all the methods of detecting serum CA125,and the detection of CA125 antigen is quite significant for the prognosis and therapeutic effect in patients with ovarian epithelial cancer. |
