尿微量蛋白与老年高血压病程关系的研究

目的 研究尿微量蛋白应用于老年原发性高血压患者的临床意义.方法 按纳入标准对120份尿液进行4种尿微量蛋白的放射免疫分析法测定,将其分为三组:正常老年组C组、EH 1组(高血压病史≤5年)、EH2组(高血压病史≥10年).结果 C组尿微量蛋白有轻微变化,EH1及EH2组随病程进展尿α_1-微球蛋白(α_1-MG)、微量清蛋白(ALB)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)明显升高.结论 尿微量蛋白测定是老年原发性高血压肾脏早期损害的指标,与老年高血压病程长短具有相关性.

Study on the relationship between the urine microprote in and the course of hypertensionin the aged

Objective To study the clinic value on the urine microprotein in the elder hypertensive patients. Methods According to the standard, 120 patients were examined the urine microprotein by radioimmunoassay and divided into three groups: the normal elder group(C group);the EH1 group (the history of hypertension ≤5 years) ;the EH2 group(the history of hypertension ≥10 years). Results The urine microprotein is changed lightly in the C group, α1,-MG、ALB and IgG are increased significantly in the EH1 and EH2 groups with the course of disease. Conclusion The urine microprotein is the useful index for evaluation of earlier renal damage in elder hypertensive patients and interrelated with the course of elder hypertension.
