清开灵注射液治疗儿童急性呼吸道感染的临床疗效观察

目的探讨在常规治疗的基础上辅以清开灵注射液治疗儿童急性呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法 64例患儿分为治疗组和对照组各32例,对照组给予对症、祛痰、镇咳、支持、解痉等西医疗法。治疗组在对照组的基础上根据患儿的年龄、体重、病情等辅以清开灵注射液治疗(清开灵注射液,5支×10mL,山西太行药业)。观察比较两组的临床疗效及临床症状的改善情况。结果治疗组有效率为93.75%,而对照组有效率为68.75%,治疗组总有效率方面较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组的退热时间、咳嗽缓解时间、啰音消失时间均较对照组有显著改善,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上辅以清开灵注射液治疗儿童急性呼吸道感染,其在临床症状缓解、肺部体征消失、缩短住院时间及总有效率方面明显优于对照组,且未发现不良反应,值得临床推广和应用。

Clinical Observation of Qingkailing Injection for Acute Respiratory Tract Infection in Children

Objective To investigate the therapy effect of the supplement of Qingkailing injection on the basis of conventional treatment for children with acute respiratory tract infection. Methods Sixty-four patients were divided into treatment group and control group, with 32 cases in each. Both groups received Western medicine treatment including symptomatic therapy, expectorant, antitussive, support, spasmolysis, etc. and Qingkailing Injection was added to the treatment group. The clinical effect and the improvement of clinical symptoms in the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75 %, and that of the control group was 68.75 %, and the therapy effect of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group, with a significant difference（P〈0.05）. The treatment group showed obvious improvement in defervescence time, cough relief time and rale disappearance time compared with the control group, with a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of conventional therapy, Qingkailing injection supplement shows some advantages in the treatment of children with acute respiratory infections, worth promotion and application.
